I wanted to continue building a Website today, but unfortunately all progress I made is just gone, despite saving and everything. It has only saved about the first 10 minutes of what I have made in Plasmic Studio … I would really appreciate a recovery, also it would be great, if you could fix the bug.

Studio should have auto-saved any progress if you are connected to the internet. Are you able to make new changes to it? Can you also confirm the time duration (with the timezone) of the work, and the changes that you tried/lost? This may help us investigate your issue.

yes, I can still make changes. I also find it very weird as I have used Plasmic before without any problems. I worked on Friday from about 17:00 until 24:00–1:00 CEST. I created a custom header and also started the homepage, where I made the hero section. Now the header is gone and the homepage is just the template; it only saved the first 10 minutes.
When I wanted to continue on Sunday, suddenly the progress was gone, which I couldn’t explain as it only works with the Internet and has auto-save.

We’ve reviewed our database and unfortunately there were no revisions saved during the time period you mentioned. This most likely may have happened due to a network error on the client, but unfortunately this means the progress cannot be recovered.

Shouldn’t autosave at least preserve some of the work? I don’t feel comfortable using a tool that can occasionally wipe out hours of progress. Even if I lost internet for a few minutes, where is the work from the hours before while I was online, downloading files, uploading, creating a Figma brand file, and so on?
Losing a few hours once is frustrating but manageable. The real issue is that since this bug remains unresolved, it could happen repeatedly, making the tool unreliable for serious work. Ensuring that the core product consistently safeguards progress feels absolutely essential.

Do you have any update on when the platform will work properly again? It’s getting pretty frustrating. I’m not using Plasmic at the moment, because nothing gets saved when I copy something from one project into another.
Could you help us reproduce the issue? Specifically, how did you get the red banner “We’re having trouble saving this project”?

I just copied the header from Plasmic to the project, so it should be easy to reproduce.
