Some issues with default styles by tag

Hey gents! The new Default Style by tag, variant, and screen size is SINCERELY appreciated. This will save a ton of time.

That said, there are a few things to report:

1. the h3 tag doesn’t render the dark variant color on the artboard
2. none of the color properties are being rendered on the dark variant in preview.

oops! Sorry, we don’t actually support using non-screen variants for default styles yet… It’s a bug that you were able to configure it

For now you can instead use a color token in your default style for h3, and let the color token value vary based on your Dark variant

I see. I suppose that would work if users named their color tokens more abstract concepts like “Primary Text Color”, instead of the actual color name.

I’ll eagerly await the support for user created Global Variants.

Note that you can define tokens in terms of other tokens, so you can have your color named tokens like Grey300, and then a Primary Text Color that is Grey300
