$129 charge after cancellation last month: refund request

I cancelled my Plasmic subscription last month, but I was charged $129 on 7 November 2026. My Gulf Index account now shows the Free plan.

I saw your reply to @se.belobrov on 18 April 2025, where you confirmed cancellation and refunded the previous month. I have attached a screenshot of that exchange and linked it here:

I don't use the product. I'm being charged and I can't cancel my subscription.

Hello @se.belobrov, You should be able to cancel the subscription from the organization settings page. I’ve cancelled your subscription and issued a refund for the last month.

Please refund the $129 and provide written confirmation that my paid subscription is cancelled and that no further subscription charges will be taken.
