Ability to associate a select component to an id column within a form so that it can be populated from an associated table

For Table Forms Add/Update, ability to associate an id column with another table instead of typing in a number for the id field. For example, if you have a distributor_id column, instead of number field, you should be able to convert it to a select component and associate it with distributors to display the distributor names and when selected, set the distributor_id numeric field
