Is any work going into performance of the designer? It is feeling more and more sluggish, and load times are pretty significant (and I have a beefy computer…)
We are working on a new mode in plasmic that will provide faster performance
@yang thanks for commenting on this. Will this be a primary mode, or if not, what are the pros/cons of the mode?
We’re still iterating on it, but the main con at the moment is that it’s more akin to having a single artboard visible at a time. (However it may bring other benefits such as more seamless working with interactions, which is upcoming.)
Longer-term, we have ideas on how to make the data model more fully scalable, but that will take more time and experimentation, so the shorter-term fix is this mode which should provide relief for users with large projects.
