Are there templates for adding a form that asks for user emails?

Hi Plasmic Team,
QQ: On my plasmic landing page, I want to add a form that asks for user email IDs. Is there a plugin/template for this ?

Hi @cuddly_raccoon, yes there are both insertable section templates (like the one below) as well as full-page templates that include forms

Thanks, but this is more like a text input component. I guess, to collect emails I would have to integrate with some custom provider. That gives me email in excel format somewhere.

Not sure what you mean, but that example includes text inputs
