It seems that I’m unable to re-run copilot a second time without either closing out of the suggestion or first Applying the first suggestion.
In my case, the result wasn’t what I hoped for, and I adjusted my prompt accordingly and expected a re-click on the Run icon to re-run copilot, but it didn’t seem to do anything.

I was able to reproduce this. We created a ticket to fix this
