Cannot access Plasmic example project

I was wondering if anybody else had issues opening/duplicating the Plasmic Landing Page and Docs example project in the docs
Error received:

Unexpected error
ForbiddenError: [my-account-name@email.com](mailto:my-account-name@email.com) tried to get project tXkSR39sgCDWSitZxC5xFV, but their access level blocked didn't meet required level viewer.
