Changes Not Saving | Everything Lost Upon Refreshing Plasmic Studio

I have been losing work for about 48 hours now (Project ID: jmCzNfNHebpQdYc75Evz5Q):

  1. I can make changes, refresh refresh my browser, and the changes disappear.
  2. Often times, I cannot Save a new version as Plasmic detects You have no new changes to publish
  3. When I am allowed to Save a new version, I save, publish to github, call vercel webhook, and deployment is successful – but, none of the saved changes are deployed, and upon refreshing plasmic studio, all of the changes are again lost.

To replicate the issue, simply duplicate some components, save a new version of Plamsic, and refresh post-successful save – the new components will no longer be available in Plasmic Studio. The same goes for any type of change within Plasmic Studio.

The issue is not persistent today. Save is functioning as expected.

The issue reappeared today when publishing a handful of small changes to a component.

  1. The changes were made in Plasmic Studio
  2. New Plasmic version saved, pushed to GitHub, and successfully deployed with Vercel
  3. Changes were lost upon refreshing Plasmic Studio

I’m losing work at least once a day still.

Upon success and a refresh of Plasmic Studio, all of my work disappeared - state variables and styling.

Hi, could you specify the time that those issues happened (with the timezone) and the changes that you tried/lost? This will help us investigate your issue.
