Cols/Rows gap prop disappears from Layout panel after switching to a responsive variant on a stack

repro

1. Horizontal (or Vertical) stack with 2+ children, Cols gap set at base (e.g. 14px)

2. Switch to a responsive variant (Tablet / Mobile)

3. Select the stack

Cols gap field is gone from the Layout section. Direction, alignment, Wrap still there. Gap renders correctly on canvas, just can’t be overridden per-variant.

workaround

Click the Layout direction icon → re-select the same value already shown. Cols gap reappears. Persists until next variant switch.

expected

Layout panel controls (direction, alignment, gap, wrap) all visible in every variant. Match the inherit/override pattern the other controls already use.

env

Studio (cloud), 2026-07-25. Horizontal + Vertical stacks both affected (Cols gap / Rows gap). Tablet + Mobile variants both reproduce.
