Custom permission denied error page?

I went through the doc, and a bit googling but I can’t find any solutions
I’m not sure I understand the issue here. Can you be more descriptive about where the error appeared, what the error was, and which docs you read to find an answer?
When you make a page that has minimum permission to be accessed, when you access the page it shows a plain text page with text “Permission denied”
I want to customize that screen, where can I do so?
“You don’t have access to this page” is the message when visitor is denied access to the page set to be minimal “normal user” in plasmic.
