Deleting a sibling accordion item deletes header content from other sibling

I have an accordion component with two items under the slot items

If I attempt to delete Accordion Item then test 's header content is also deleted.

Here is a video showing this

Also, oddly, the slot for the header content on test is completely gone too. Here is one more screenshot of me hiding the sibling from view to show that the headers of each should not be logically related ( I think this is a good litmus test )

Any update on this? Apologies for poking around. I have deadlines for this project
