Downgrade account for seasonal business

Hi, my business is seasonal in nature, and I get almost zero page views (and no revenue) for 8 months of the year, outside the lead-up to Christmas. Now that’s over, I’d like to downgrade my account from the Starter to the Free tier until business picks up again, but this doesn’t seem possible on the website… I can only go up! Can I get some help with this?
