it looks like this project is no longer using a custom host. The Shopify.Collection component is a code component that was previously registered using a custom host.
Could you try setting the project host URL to be the plasmic-host/ page with the implementation for those code components?
You can do it clicking in the three dots menu by the project name, and then “Configure project”:
