hi, getting this issue. it's supposed to be a form. when i go into plasmic studio and click on the form to edit it, it just causes the page to keep reloading

hi, getting this issue in plasmic studio. it’s supposed to be a form. when i go into plasmic studio and click on the form to edit it, it just causes the page to keep reloading.
Then on the published site an error appears.
