Is it normal that I can’t cancel my subscription, I’m being charged for a product I don’t use? I write to the support email that I receive a notification about the money being charged, but my emails don’t get through.

You should be able to cancel the subscription from the organization settings page.
I’ve cancelled your subscription and issued a refund for the last month.
