Issue adding website custom domain

After months of making my new website, I’m finally ready to launch it officially. I was using a temporary URL that is live: turismo-racing.plasmic.run.

Now I need to use my current website URL, turismoracing.com but when I put that on the custom domain this happens:

I put that information on my DNS records, but it’s only working for the “www” URL, not for the one without the “www”.

This is the error Plasmic is giving me:

I think there is a missing record that we need to provide to the DNS.

Can someone please help me with this so I can launch my site?

Hi, is the issue an incorrect report of failed deploy in Plasmic UI? I am able to access your site with and without the “www”.

I think in my original post it was not clear that I already have a website: turismoracing.com.

So, for context, and for anyone else that reads my post, I own an E-commerce. I sell things there at turismoracing.com.

I don’t like how it looks, so I created a new website on Plasmic: turismo-racing.plasmic.run.

Now, I want the new website, turismo-racing.plasmic.run to have the URL that my E-commerce has: turismoracing.com.

Naturally, if you go to www.turismoracing.com and to turismoracing.com you will see a website, but not the website I want. And I cannot afford to take down my old website while I migrate to the new website because I will lose sales.

So, as I stated in my OP, I put on Plasmic the custom domain, it gave me the “Invalid configuration” error and suggested me to put some information on my DNS provider. Which worked only for www.turismoracing.com but not for turismoracing.com.

As I just stated, you can go to turismoracing.com because my E-commerce is currently live on there, but not the site I want, turismo-racing.plasmic.run.

So, basically, I want turismo-racing.plasmic.run to have the URL turismoracing.com but it only works for the www version.

I suspect there is a DNS field that Plasmic is not providing me.

Can you help after this clarification?

I understand now, could you try creating an “A” record Create zone apex record | Cloudflare DNS docs with the IP 76.76.21.21.
