Latest published project not appearing.

What is the proper process for ensuring the production site displays the latest published project? Are there any delays I should be aware of between the moment the Publish dialog says Deployed to … and the moment it will actually take effect at that url?

I’ve been trying to work out some issues with published code and I realized that the production site was not displaying the latest published version despite hard refreshing many times.

Once you publish, the known pages should be updated, it could have some delays in specific cases, but not more than 30 seconds, could you provide the site in which you are seeing this behavior?
