Lost work progress

I lost my work on a website starter project. I had been doing some work yesterday and created two pages, which had a couple components as well. When I logged on and reloaded my page today, it seems as though my progress has reset to when I first created the project.

Can you check your emails to see if you have signed up for Plasmic under multiple accounts?

Do you remember if you set a different name on the project? Currently it looks like the default “Website starter”

I haven’t signed up for Plasmic under any other account since I use it purely for work. I didn’t have it renamed, since I haven’t renamed any of my projects. I thought I was clicking on the wrong Website Starter, but the other was dated back to 2 month ago.

It seems as though the file hadn’t been autosaving. This is odd since I had been working on the file throughout the day yesterday but never got a notification that my saving progress had been stopped.

Are you able to make any new changes and have them auto-saved, or does the issue persist?
Can you share your project ID so we can check if we have received any data on our servers?
