Do the page view limits in the different pricing tiers apply when self hosting?
E.g. If I am on the starter plan with the 100k monthly page view limit, and I self host, what happens if I get 200K views in one month?
Nothing. We are not enforcing page view limits at the moment. Even if we were to start enforcing, we would never do something to affect your production site.
Currently, page view are tracked on self-hosted sites if using the loader packages only. If you use codegen, page views are not tracked at all.
