When we apply a style preset it works for all the screen variants we have created. Is there any way we can apply different style presets to different screent variants for same element?

So what you are looking for is a way to create multiple style presets and then switch them based on a different screen variant, right?
You can create two style presets, and one will override the other one if added in a separate variant.
