Thanks for sharing a video. Could you share network requests logs when you open up the page in preview mode and try to submit the Form? It will provide more insights about the error and why it’s failing.

Everything is already inside the shared video, the error message and procedure with link is also inside the video. No message appears inside the page preview, only “loading”, which is in the video (I also waited for some error message there)

I meant Network Logs in the Chrome DevTools. You can follow a guide about ChromeDevTools Network tab to open up the network logs and review the request on submit to pinpoint the error about why the request is failing.
