unable to modify imported components

Hello, first of all, sorry for my English, I’m French :((

I’m trying to modify some components I imported, but it’s impossible. The components are displayed in an imported component folder, and when I click on a component, nothing happens. However, components outside of this folder work. I saw that they might need to be duplicated to have them within the project itself, but it’s also impossible. I don’t have a copy or duplicate button. I don’t know how to do this without having to manually redo each component, knowing that some components are used together.

I imagine there’s a problem with permissions or disabled modification on the imported components in question.

Hello @gibril_yakoubene,

Imported components can not be modified directly in the project that imports it. You need to go into the project that owns the component, make your edits and publish a new version of the project. Then, you can update the project dependency in your project.
