Have you had time to look at the problem? May I ask you to try to migrate the project. I have tried a few times without success. That would be a wonderful thing if the imported project was upgraded to the latest version.

As I mentioned before, long wait times are making it challenging for us to consider using the plasmic.app in the long term. This has been our experience when using the plasmic.app and, more recently, also here in the Plasmic forum as well.
We’re really excited about the potential, but performance is important, in the plasmic.app and here in the support forum. This two factors are key for us as we plan ahead.

Dont we have priority support whit our plan?

@peter_ming I was able to update the imported project without any issues. The target project should now be using the latest version of the source project.

Thank you. Do you know why it works on your machine but not on ours? May I ask if you’re using a Mac, or what the configuration of your computer is?

The upgrade happens on the server, so it shouldn’t matter I believe. Were you getting an error when trying to upgrade?
