I am a new Plasmic user using Chrome Version 139.0.7258.154 (Official Build) (64-bit).
When I try to create or edit anything in Plasmic using this browser I get an “Unknown Elemement” error as shown in the enclosed video. I have turned off ALL extensions and I experience the exact same issue. The only way I have been able to get Plasmi to work is to use the Brave browser, which is not ideal as I am a 100% Chrome user.
Can somebody please tell me what could be causing this?

I was not able to reproduce this issue on Chrome Version 139.0.7258.155 (Official Build) (arm64). Do you see this error in every project or just this one? Please share your project id

Thanks for the reply. Yes, this happens with every single project. No matter whether I start with one of the provided templates, or just a blank page.
However, I have identified a few things that may give us a clue as to what might be happening. 1) It works OK with Brave browser. 2) It works OK with Microsoft Edge in Private Mode 3) It works OK with Chrome Incognito mode.
I have noticed that over the years other people have reported the same issue, and just like this time you or one of your colleages were unable to replicate. Something must be going on for several of us to have the issue, but its a mistery what is causing it as I have disabled all extensions, rebooted, etc. with same issues.

Please note that Rave browser is no longer working. It is exhibiting the exact same issue I showed you in the video despite having worked OK yesterday. I am also havin the same issue with Chrome in private mode.
Of the 3 browsers I have (Brave, Edge and Chrome), the only one that is working is Edge.
Can you please confirm your OS? Meanwhile, we will investigate the issue further. Thank you.
